Please fill out the form included on this leaflet. Deposits are required for bookings between 11th to 24th December. Deposits, which are £10 per person, will be banked by us on receipt and are non-refundable. We will retain the £10 deposit for every place left unfilled on the day. Deposits are required a month in advance of the party date (or immediately if the date is less than a month away). Please inform us if you make a non-confirmed booking but then no longer require the table. Due to the large number of bookings, which we receive during the Christmas period, we will not be able to guarantee any party a specific room. (Unless disabled access is required.) We also cannot guarantee any party sole use of a specific room. However we can take note of your preference and if possible allocate the room of your choice. This will depend on party size, time and date and will need to be discussed with a member of staff. We will impose a minimum £10 a head spend, and may insist on a complete pre-order for the food.
