| | Description: | Duties are the day to day running of the restaurant and bar, which include supervision and |
| | training of waiting staff; staff discipline; end of day procedures and building close down. |
| | The post is to replace a member of staff leaving in the New Year and consequently start |
| | date can be either as soon as possible or in January / February. |
| | Qualities required: | Must have experience at an Assistant Manager position in a high volume restuarant. Good |
| | food and wine knowledge desirable. Self motivated, hard working and flexible with good |
| | leadership qualities. |
