Book your party, conference or wedding with us. Enjoy a relaxing environment in our beautiful bistro in this historic building. Taste our freshly prepared food and experience a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our function rooms seats 40 people or up to 60 for a reception/finger buffet. We also have a room on the ground floor, which seats 24. There is full disabled access to the ground floor dining area, bar and toilets, however, there is no disabled access to the upper levels.

Meetings (Daily Delegate Rate)

This package is designed for those groups who wish to hire a room for meetings or presentations. A meal/buffet is included as a part of the package.

Full day - £15 per head to include a hot fork buffet.

Half day - £10 per head to include mid morning/afternoon snack. (Bacon sandwiches, Croissants, Pain au Chocolat).

(We will quote "Local Government Rates" if required).

We offer two packages for Tour/Coach parties.

You may have a coffee (or tea, cappuccino etc.) and a piece of cake for £4 per person. 

Alternatively you may prefer to choose from one of our two course menus. (Vegetarian options are available on request)

(These prices are per head and are not inclusive of tea, coffee or bread however vegetables are included).

We ask that all bookings be confirmed in writing, on headed notepaper.

We are happy for travel companies to pay on presentation of their company ‘Voucher’ signed by the tour leader confirming the number of persons.

Melton’s too office will send the voucher and a VAT invoice to the travel company’s head office – keeping a photocopy of the signed voucher for our files.

We expect payment in full to arrive no later than 28 days after the date on the invoice.

Book with us and the driver can eat free of charge.

 

Private Dinners

If you would like sole use of a room we charge per head to include a three-course meal or buffet. We have two beautiful dining areas for you to choose from. We can seat up to 40 in our function rooms of this historic building or you may prefer to avoid the stairs and hire our ground floor dining room, which seats up to 24. Whether you are celebrating a marriage or birthday, maybe an anniversary, we can cater for your needs.

Our fine dining restaurant, Melton’s, also has a private room seating up to 18 available for hire Tuesday to Saturday, or at certain times we can offer  the entire ground floor restaurant and seat up to 35 people. Phone 01904 634341 for more details.

 

Large Parties

If you would like to book a meal for a party of 20 people or more we can offer a three course menu offering a choice of five starters, five main courses and three desserts to include bread, vegetables and tea/coffee or a buffet/Tapas menu.
