Senior Sous Chef
18.72k plus tips and quarterly bonus scheme
40 hours per week over 5 days

To work alongside head chef/proprietor and other Senior Sous Chef in leading a large kitchen brigade. Main duties will include the day to day running of the kitchen; ordering; supervision and training of staff; staff discipline; cleaning rota management.

Experience at Sous Chef level needed with strong supervisory and craft skills.
